It is our pleasure to introduce ourselves as the manufacturer of specialty surface coating material based on our own innovative polymer. Ours is a house of polymer technologist and with the efforts of five years research work we have developed some graft co-polymer. Based on this polymer we have developed Anticorrosive cum sound dampening paint which is different than any other paint available in the market, imported or indigenous for the same field. We are highlighting some of the special properties of Meta chem. Automotive under body paint.
1] Single pack system, ready to apply.
2] No primer required, saving of labour and material.
3] After drying the paint layer forms an elastic skin on the surface.
4] Skin is fire retardant, help in controlling the propagation in case of any fire.
5] No crack even after prolonged exposure to open atmosphere.
6] Water and air permeability nil.
7] Strong anti corrosion property helps protecting under body from corrosion.
8] The sound absorbing property of the material reduces the noise level of the vehicle.
9] Available in different shades.
10] The coating gives an attractive textured surface.

1] Composition: Dissolved polymers and dispersed fillers in organic solvents.
2] Colours : Black, smoke grey, Ivory.
3] Viscosity: 7000 to 15000 CPS. [Material is thixotropic in nature]

4] Specific gravity : 0.89 to 0.95 gm/c.c.
5] Non volatile solid: 30 to 36 % content by weight
6] Dry film thickness: 200 to 250 micron per coat.
7] Thinner recommended: Meta Chem Thinner MT -701 [if required for viscosity adjustment]
8] Flash point: above 30 deg. C
9] Temp. Resistance: -40 deg. C to 150 deg. C
10] Area coverage : 50 sq.ft. per liter per coat.
11] Shelf life at 27 deg. C: one year.
12] Shear strength after 24 hours of application : 8 to 15 kg./ sq.cm.
